Refund policy

We accept returns within 15 days of your order being fulfilled.

What Can Be Returned

To be eligible for a return:

The item must not be marked as Final Sale, including anything purchased during major promos or at 20% off or more.

It must be unused, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Items that arrive used, damaged, or missing tags won’t qualify for a return.

Shipping Your Return

If your item qualifies, we’ll send you a return label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

Products marked Final Sale — including discounted items of 20% or more or those purchased during sitewide sales — can’t be returned or exchanged.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Your refund will go back to your original payment method, minus the return shipping cost.
